Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee if work preparation or dispatching has already begun.

3. No-Show Policy

If our technician arrives and the customer is unavailable without prior notice, a service call fee may apply.

Emergency services are prioritized; however, repeated cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
